Multi-channel campaign collaboration with Keurig®

April Fool’s 2025 - “Assemblë”

Quill’s viral April Fool’s campaign, assemblë™— a fake line of “build-it-yourself” office supplies.

Responsibile for content creation and channel distribution, the campaign resulted in record-breaking site traffic from the organic social channels.

Signature Series – “Our Customers Our Everything”

Created and launched Quill’s Signature Series to spotlight real customers and their businesses through short-form video storytelling.

Led customer interviews, on-site content capture, and editing for a recurring series that strengthened community ties and humanized the brand.

Using a data-driven approach, I analyzed weekly performance reports to identify what content resonated most with our audience. By tracking engagement trends, follower behavior, and post timing, I adjusted our content calendar to lean into high-performing formats, topics, and tones.

    Managed influencer gifting, content approvals, and paid distribution—driving significant engagement and increased product page traffic from organic posts.

  • Coffee with Quill – B2B Small Business Podcast

    Concepted, produced, and launched Quill’s first-ever podcast, Coffee with Quill—a series highlighting small business owners and their stories.

    Led the entire production process, from guest outreach and scripting to recording, editing, and promotion. Repurposed episodes into short-form video clips, quote graphics, and carousels to extend impact across social platforms and strengthen brand storytelling.

  • Social Listening

    Monitored brand mentions and audience trends across platforms to identify real-time engagement opportunities.
